Question 1

Is Laabam AI free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Without an account you get 10,000 tokens a day. A free account gets 2.5 lakh tokens a day, saves your chats, and gives you projects and the Laabam Bots. No credit card is needed.

Question 2

What is a token?

Accepted Answer

A small piece of text: about four letters of English, and fewer letters of Tamil or Hindi. Each message counts the whole chat so far plus the answer, so long chats, web searches and attached files use more. A short exchange uses a few thousand tokens. Your allowance starts again at midnight IST.

Question 3

What does Plus cost?

Accepted Answer

₹299 a month plus 18% GST in India, ₹352.82 in total, or ₹299 outside India. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. It is not available yet; we will announce it here before it starts, and nobody is charged until then.

Question 4

How do I cancel Plus, and do you refund?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time in Settings, under Plan and usage. Plus stays until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. A month already started is not refunded; a charge made by mistake, such as a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, is refunded in full within 7 working days.

Question 5

How do I pay, and will I get a GST invoice?

Accepted Answer

Through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, with the monthly renewal charged automatically (UPI Autopay or card). Every payment gets a GST invoice in Settings; add your GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.

Question 6

Are there other limits?

Accepted Answer

Signed in, you can send up to 20 messages a minute and ask the Laabam Bots up to 30 questions a day, on Free and on Plus.
